Nicely decorated hotel in a stunning location extremely close to said private island, amazingly attentive personal. Updated and beautifully maintained units for a good front row view. Exquisite food in the gourmet restaurant.

Recommend it for families looking for a good time
I took my family for a 3-night getaway and the beach was like a work of art, with fine colors of the water that captivated everyone. The staff were friendly-Rich and Isabel really went out of their way to.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, it felt acceptable for the experience we had.

great views , but slight service hiccup
The crystal blue shallow waters bring tranquility to your stay. The all-inclusive buffet offers a variety of delicious food, with highlights including fresh seafood and local cuisine. My massage at the Spa Mia on the beach was rejuvenating, offering a unique experience that can't be missed. The fine sea view from my room elevated my trip even further.
The service at times felt a bit slow during peak hours.

The local staff were exceptionally attentive and attentive. Location: the hotel was near to the other restaurants, the most beautiful beaches and a cafeteria. It also was involved in all the activities.
Their staff were very unhelpful.

I had an incredible stay with my family, enjoying the stunning ocean views from our villa and the delicious food, especially the made-to-order pasta! The morning crew made the best cappuccinos, which was a lovely daily treat! However, the overall quality of the wifi could definitely use improvement. I would absolutely come back to this beautiful place!

We liked being in the separate studio room. This is our second visit, so we liked this type of room better than the room at the hotel itself. Great view of the ocean and waves crashing in right next to our balcony.
Nothing. It was all very nice.

The hotel is in an excellent location on playa norte. You do not have to leave the property to have an excellent beach to layout or even to do a small amount of snorkeling. They also have a dive snorkel shop on the property but we did not use them. You can easly walk to rent a golf cart ( easy rentals) right down the street or just walk to the main drag ( hidalgo) or to the local market to the loncharias ( alxis and giovanni the best). The room was clean and the view was great, it came with a microwave, fridge etc.. island boat adventures that we used to swim with the whale sharks actually droped us off at the pier of the hotel after our tour. We dont do the all inclusive but rather choose to dine around town so cannot comment on the food or service there. The staff do do a good job of keeping unwanted people off of the property adn behnd the villas is a big natural tide pol called the kings bath htat has all kinds of fish etc in it. Woth the money for the villa ocean front or bay front whatever you prefer, we would not chose to stay in the tower hotel.
The internet connnection goes in and out but the staff were very patient with us in trying to check us in for our flight adn get our boarding passes printed. Patience is a virture in Mexico nomatter where you go, they were really helpful though. Roll with the punches when you travel.

Fabulous location, so easy to walk to the main strip but set away from the main bustle. Great staff- friendly and polite, excellent view from the room. Quiet air conditioning made it easy to sleep!
Quite confusing and slightly rude check in, but that was luckily not representative of the great service we received the rest of the time. Slightly dated rooms but clean, spacious and confortable.
